Hi, I am Kristen Dalton. I believe that stress reduction is key to achieving a healthy work-life balance. Whether you manage a busy household or have demanding work deadlines, many of us face daily stress. After practicing medicine for 12 years, I experienced burnout firsthand. I turned to a life coaching program that helped me restore balance and reignite my passion for my profession.
Now, I am a Physician Empowerment and Resilience Coach dedicated to physicians and professionals to manage stress and overcome burnout. I guide my clients with active listening and thoughtful questions to identify stressors and create personalized self-care routines.
